Sport at Sacred Heart Kooringal
Sport at Sacred Heart Kooringal is designed so that students may experience a range of sporting experiences and skills. Basic principles which are focused on are;
Sport takes many forms, including PE lessons in class, school carnivals, representative sports and participating in competitions.
Students are divided into 4 Houses for competition which are named after former Bishops of Wagga Wagga, these being; Henschke, Dwyer, Carroll and Brennan.

- Show appreciation and respect for coaches, opponents, officials and administrators
- Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all participants regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.
- Remember that children participate in sport for their enjoyment, and that winning is only part of the fun
- Respect the decisions of officials
